Process new land mutation work by the help of govt. entities Preparation of land purchase agreement & new land registry work. Capacity to directly negotiate with village people for direct purchase of Land. Obtain all approvals, remarks and NOCs for the project. To maintain harmonious relation with outside leaders villagers & others. Land procurement, negotiations, sale deed, registration and mutations of all records. Land Procurement (ROU, Lease, Purchase, Acquisition) for Business Manage existing land acquisition cases, pending approvals (relating to land-use conversion, acquisition etc.) To pursue LAQ related matters with State Govt. Offices and handle grievances. To deal with landowners, affected parties and people representatives required for the procurement of Land. Survey and data collection from local villages with the help of Patwaries and Tehsildar. Preparation of map in Google Earth for acquisition of forest, government and private land. Verification with Patwari & Tehsildar if all the survey nos. has been included correctly in the LAP (Land Acquisition Plan). Submission and Follow-up of License Application should know the documentation Investigation of evidence for statutory compliances to support litigation. Handling legal cases under revenue, Civil, Criminal and Arbitration law including property law, consumer protection law, Labour laws, Negotiable instrument act and police complaint and execution of Dasti Summons & Warrants etc. Preparing written and oral arguments on pre- trial, and post – trial motions in court. Drafting accusations and counter reply. Consulted with outside legal counsel as and when required. Provided guidance and counsel to management on legal related problems. Provide necessary researches and draft of appellate briefs, various court motion and several inquiries along with their answers. Prepare drafts of legal forms and documents, such as criminal complaints, declarations. Investigation of evidence for statutory compliances to support litigation.
