About Arvinder Kour

A Senior Professional having 20 years of broad based and progressive experience in Law, Management, HR and General Administration has a perpetual desire of learning and this zest and passion has led her to acquire four post gradation degrees which includes M.A.( Public Administration), LL.M ( Business and Labour Law), MIRPM, MBA ( HR and Marketing) and Ph.D. She started her Professional Career as Sub – Editor in All India Reporter and then elevated to the various prominent position which includes the Manager – Legal. Her interest towards academic and its allied activities has inspired her to join Meghe Group of Institution wherein she provided her expert professional services at Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research and Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic as Administrative Officer and later on took over the position of HR Manager of Meghe Group of Institutions. At present she is associated with YCCE as Asst Professor and teaching Management Subject. Being a Professor she has received 5 appreciation award for excellence in teaching rated by the students and recently she has also received International Award of “Most Promising Educator” by International Association of Research and Developed Organisation( TARDO) at Kasetsart University, Chatuchak, Bangkok, Thailand. She has to her credit 12 Publication of research paper in the International Journal and she has presented more than 12 papers in the International Conference including various IIT, IIM and University of Toronto, Canada. She held many prominent position including President of JCI Nagpur Central during 2016-17 and received more than 7 awards for outstanding award. She has also registered her name in the Limca Book of Record in the year 2018 for conceptualizing and organizing mega event wherein as many as 323 non repetitive dishes from potato were made. She is a Yoga Teacher and loves adventure and trekking and successfully summit Goechala trek at Sikkim, Everest base camp trek, Kashmir great lake trek and Gomukh Trek. She has conducted more than 100 Training Programs for employees of Private and Public Sector and students of various Institutes which includes personality development, softskill, smart work, Applicability of ISO in personal life, Brand Management, Personal Branding, High Performance, Goal setting, stress management, Leadership and other motivational training.
