All being very useful in my role and being an ally for many people at the same time. In my daily engagements 'the individual behind the person' plays a crucial role to me. My personal attitude and interaction, empowering individuals and teams to achieve critical factors in organizational change are key to success and fun to do! During >15 years of experience at Capgemini, I experienced I work at my best in dynamic teams delivering improvements for business stakeholders, employees and customers. Servicing employees optimally, increasing their work happiness and experience, using various channels. I recognize structures, prepare and organize for more efficiency. I enjoy taking responsibility, informing local and global stakeholders and I am keen to collaborate in order to achieve common strategic goals by leveraging individual strengths.
