About Arwin Rasyid

I was fortunate to have a career for 35 years entrusted as CEO and C-Level Directorship for several major banks and a telecommunication company in Indonesia. I have also written 3 (three) books about business and leadership. Currently, I am the Chairman and Founder of TEZ Capital Group that specializes in working capital financing, property financing, and investments with an asset size of approximately US$ 50 million and revenue size of around US$ 10 million. My memorable accomplishments over the years have been: 1. Taking Bank Danamon to be #1 in 2003 for banking services in Indonesia. Increasing the Market Capitalization of Telkom Indonesia from US$10 billion to US$ 20 billion within two years. Led the creation of Cimbniaga Digital Banking Platform that made the bank a leader in Digital Banking I am also grateful that I have received an award from the Italian government named "Ordine Della Steila d'Italia"(Star of Honor) for fostering cooperation between Indonesia and Italy in 2012. My passion in career has always been in the field of: 1. Business and Finance. Helping people grow and succeed. Creating new ideas and innovations to increase revenues Nowadays, I currently work with entrepreneurs and business owners to improve their businesses by mentoring and teaching them the skills, competencies, and knowledge necessary to get them to the next level of success. I also help corporate executives on how to transition themselves to becoming entrepreneurs.
