Hey! I am A'Rya Pratt, a recent graduate of Mizzou Class of '22, with a passion for the real estate industry. Over the past three years, I have immersed myself in the world of real estate, gaining invaluable experience in various roles. As an enterprising individual, my partner and I took the initiative to launch a start-up real estate firm, Family Solutions 816, with a clear mission to swiftly assist homeowners in selling burdensome houses. This venture has not only honed my entrepreneurial skills but also allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of homeowners facing challenging situations. In addition to my start-up, I am an active real estate agent with Murrell Homes, where I have gained practical knowledge and expertise in property transactions, client relations, and market trends. My time as an agent has been instrumental in honing my negotiation abilities and building lasting connections within the industry. Currently, I am thrilled to hold a position as Executive Assitant at DRAW Architecture + Urban Design Firm, where I contribute my passion for real estate development to support the team's innovative projects. This position has given me valuable insights into the intersection of real estate and urban design, fueling my desire to further explore and contribute to the development landscape. As a recent graduate eager to advance my career, I am enthusiastic about networking with like-minded professionals and expanding my expertise in real estate development.
