I also assist with the training and orientation of the new hires, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their role.I graduated with a degree in Marketing Management, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing strategy, research, and analysis. I applied my learning to various projects and assignments, such as developing a marketing plan for a local business, conducting a customer survey, and creating a social media campaign. I am passionate about marketing and recruitment, and I am motivated to grow and learn in these fields.
