I’ve spent more than 8 years in business development across very different worlds—real estate, footwear, and IT solutions. Those industries don’t look alike on the surface, yet they taught me the same truth: business development is always about people, trust, and understanding real needs before talking about products. What changes from industry to industry are the tools and the language. What stays the same is the ability to listen, connect ideas, and turn opportunities into long-term relationships. I enjoy being the bridge between strategy and reality—where plans become deals and partnerships become growth. I’m motivated by challenges that require both structure and creativity, by conversations that open new perspectives, and by working with teams that want to build something meaningful, not just close the next contract. My next step is to grow into a leadership role where I can shape business development strategy, support teams, and help companies expand with integrity and clear value.
