About Arzum Ciloglu

I’m a visionary leader, effective manager, and devoted capacity builder with over 30 years of experience in multiple facets of public health. I’ve worked extensively in the development and implementation of capacity building programs for strategic communication and with specific expertise in social and behavior change, interpersonal communication and counseling, advocacy, quality and performance improvement, knowledge management, advocacy and strategic leadership and management. I’ve devoted my career improving capacity and organizational effectiveness and have trained nearly mid-to-senior level public health professionals in the areas of strategic communication, social and behavior change, strategic leadership and management, and SMART advocacy. Over the last 15 years, I’ve focused on the management of large, international programs and have served as the direct supervisor and mentor for multiple levels of staff. I take pride in my flexibility, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
