So typically I can reduce your Pre-Execution and part of the Execution phase from between 3-6 months to only 5 days! I love utilizing many ideas, techniques & learnings onto my project engagements such as Agile, Design Thinking, Innovation Board, Google Sprints, ThingWrong, Lean Start-up, Scrum Alliance, PMI and other thought leaders & institutions. I enjoy reading material on leadership, creative/innovative thinking, marketing & sales, and innovative businesses and try to implement what they do well onto my projects.
