With over 5 years of experience in Project Planning and Management, I have been privileged to work on some of the most high-profile projects with globally renowned organizations. Recently, I contributed to Red Sea Global’s AMAALA Program as part of the Triple Bay Central project, where I was involved in planning and executing SPA swimming pools and complex water features. I also played a key role in the development of the Zuluf Industrial Area for ARAMCO, delivering critical infrastructure for one of the world’s leading energy companies. Earlier in my career, I contributed to the successful execution of a hydropower project supported by international stakeholders, a high-rise construction project commissioned by a public-sector authority, and a large-scale infrastructural development initiative led by a prominent real estate developer. As a Planning Engineer, I specialize in developing Cost-Loaded and Resource-Loaded Baseline Schedules, optimizing Resource Allocation through Resource Leveling, and gathering and analyzing critical site data. I am skilled at generating detailed progress reports, implementing recovery plans to address delays, and ensuring project performance meets and exceeds expectations. My expertise extends to managing subcontractor performance, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with FIDIC Contracts and international standards. I excel in fostering collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, and adhering to all project specifications. Additionally, I am proficient in drafting professional official correspondence to maintain alignment across project teams.
