I build product organizations that turn complex enterprise technology into durable business growth. Over 30 years spanning software and quality engineering, product strategy, and executive leadership, I have worked across the full arc of the industry: founding a startup, scaling growth-stage companies, and running multi-product portfolios inside a market leader.At Tricentis, I lead the global Automation Portfolio across enterprise, mobile and AI-native testing. The strategic focus has been on driving the revenue transition from on-premise to SaaS, and more recently toward Agentic AI, treating these not as product releases but as business model shifts that require aligning roadmap, GTM, and customer success around a fundamentally different value proposition. That work contributed to growing ARR from $100M to $500M.What interests me most right now is the intersection of AI and product leadership itself. I write and speak about what happens when PMs stop just managing roadmaps and start building, when the strategist becomes the builder, and when agentic systems start collapsing the distance between product discovery and engineering execution. That shift changes how product organizations should be structured, how GTM teams should operate, and what "product-market fit" even means in an AI-native context.My operating model: portfolio thinking over feature thinking, data-driven discovery over opinion-driven roadmaps, and relentless GTM alignment because even the best product fails without it. I have done this across US, EMEA, and Israeli markets, in both startup and enterprise contexts, on both sides of M&A.Current Focus: Bridging the gap between LLM potential and production-ready agentic engineering. I am currently building in the open, exploring how Agentic AI reshapes the very definition of product discovery and execution.
