HR Job Description:(Using Mystro System & MEname)- Preparing the total Monthly Payroll for all the group of the company- Upload the payroll files to the online ABK Bank- Preparing management of all the annual leave request forms, received from the staff during the month, verifying their leave balance from the system- Preparing the indemnity calculation, and the Exit interview and clearance to employees who is terminate or resign- Handling all the investigations with the employees- Daily checking the system for the employee’s requests- Preparing the new user ID (Self Services) for the new employee and give him a training for using it- Submitting all the forms (annual, sick leave, Account no, change status, end of service etc.) to finance along with the payroll report- Update HR files/system with all employee changes and all kind of documents and information's- Monthly preparing KPI report- Assisting with new employees hiring processes- Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes- Facilitating human resources processes- Administering employee health and welfare plans- Resolving problems which employee faces related the work. Administration Job Description- Updating and renew Employees Residency by using ministry system & HR system.( Shoon system, Insurance, Residence system)- Inform the employees to renew their Civil ID- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to HR- Coordinate with insurance company to add or cancel employees- Follow up with insurance company to refund amount paid by employees- Preparing Memos, Circulars, salary Certificates and Experience Certificates.
