As business analyst I applied disciplined analysis approach to the implementation and management of business process improvements. I elicited the business requirements from all stakeholders, define the business issues, analyse and assess them against the organisation’s strategic direction, and suggest the solutions that address the organisational goals. The solutions usually incorporate ICT aspects that support process re-engineering and organisational change. I have demonstrated experience in a comprehensive range of business analysis assignments, including enterprise analysis; process modelling, requirements specification, conceptual system design, and solution assessment and validation. I have applied my business analysis competencies to the development and delivery of large-scale complex ICT solutions in a range of public and private sector organisations in Australia. I am familiar with high-level enterprise analysis (e.g. business cases, definition of solution scope, stakeholder analysis and change management strategy) as well as requirements analysis (e.g. situation analysis, gap analysis, and definition of business requirements, business process modelling and functional/non I functional specifications). I wish to further my challenging Business Analyst career by participating in and contributing to a range of ICT solution development projects in dynamic organisations that are committed to business process improvement.
