Key Projects: A30 Project (National Highways) As part of the A30 Project, working with National Highways, I played a crucial role in managing project costs and providing expert advice on payments, cost control, estimating, and procurement strategies and variations. My responsibilities included preparing detailed cost reports, assessing contractor claims, and providing cost forecasts to ensure the project stayed within budget and timeline requirements. Heathrow Airport Expansion (Cost Manager & Quantity Surveyor) Working on the Heathrow expansion, I contributed to one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. My role included managing the cost aspect of various phases of construction, including design and construction estimates, cost reconciliation. HS2 Project (Cost Manager & Quantity Surveyor) In my role on the HS2 project, one of the UK's largest transport infrastructure developments, I worked as a cost manager and quantity surveyor to monitor project progress, handle budgeting, and ensure costs were aligned with financial forecasts. My responsibilities also included managing contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving any discrepancies related to cost estimates and financial documentation. Contract Management: Handling the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
