I have 5 years of experience working in program & relationship management. I currently work as a Money Partner Manager at Credit Karma, building business relationships in the fintech and banking sectors. My years-long relationships with our vendors have seen us build savings and checking accounts that put our members' financial progress first. I'm deeply passionate about mission-minded work that does right by its community - with a special focus on diversity & inclusion. On the day to day, I am the boots on the ground counterpart that vendors and internal stakeholders across product, engineering, compliance and fraud can come to to get their problems solved. I'm adept at creating processes that streamline communication across teams and find snags before they become red flags. I've created tracking across Jira, Airtable, Asana & Google to foster accountability and cross-functional ownership on complex programs, as well as data visualization in Looker and Excel that gives leaders the information they need to propel our work forward. I also manage partner accruals and invoicing, monitoring up to $45M a month in money movement between our partners. Outside of work, I spend my time traveling, reading (I have a guilty pleasure for YA novels and am rereading the Hunger Games right now), and spending time outdoors with my dog.
