Took additional courses related to Software Development and Business such as: PHP, XML, SQL, Project Management, Business Math, Intro to Sociology, Interpersonal Communication, and multiple classes relating to hardware and developing / fine tuning software skills. Have experience with Kanban boards and the Agile Sprint Methodology and a certification in the sprint methodology, utilize these skills managing team tasking in Jira and previously using Redmine.
