About Ash McGrath

Fuse Recruitment is a leading provider in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment within the Infrastructure, Utilities, Manufacturing and Insurance & Wealth Management sectors. Specialising in the Utilities space, I source for a wide range of positions at all levels. I have been heavily involved in projects such as the Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme restart, Gold Coast and Sydney Desalination Plants and the Cross River Rail Project. With a passion for water infrastructure, having been a pipelayer/ welder myself, I understand the importance of finding the right person for your team, beyond qualifications and skill set, but also culture fit. Having been with Fuse for the past 5 years, I have found myself to be a specialist in the utilities/water infrastructure sector. I am a member of the Water Industry Operators Association and am active in my networks within the water industry. My core focus is providing the best possible service to candidates and clients. Originally commencing my career as a Chef, my ambition and natural leadership skills led me into project management in the mining industry and as National Manager for the telecommunications sector. With years of real industry experience, I understand the technical needs of each job, and the businesses looking to have them filled. I place importance on matching candidates to a business with a culture fit and aligned career ambitions.
