About Asha Patel

I currently support senior leadership on the Product Marketing team at Estée Lauder Companies, where I help manage global campaigns, organize creative workflows, and coordinate across functions to keep high-impact projects on track. Previously, I’ve worked at Batallure Beauty on brand development initiatives and at Mondelez International in supply chain operations—giving me experience across both the creative and logistical sides of launching products and running campaigns. I’ve built a foundation in marketing strategy, operations, and project management, and I’m comfortable working with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance, and making sure execution matches the vision. While I’ve worked primarily in beauty and CPG, I’m open to opportunities across media, lifestyle, and entertainment—especially where storytelling and strategy meet. Outside of work, I’m a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, always exploring food and travel content, and love following what’s trending in pop culture and media. I'm currently looking for roles in brand strategy, content, or operations where I can bring both structure and creativity to the table. I graduated in 2023 from Rutgers Business School with a B.S in Marketing and B.S in Supply Chain Management. I’m super excited to see where my journey takes me next!
