About Asha Singh

I run a bespoke agency for senior leaders who see the need to swiftly transition to a regenerative economy and society. I offer a guided space to step back from the busyness of everyday life and reflect on how to address the complexity and uncertainty they face more effectively. I am adept at supporting successful people to hold the line through the storms that keep on coming. The world today asks us to- ease polarities and enable others to find their own agency - rapidly update our assumptions instead of repeating what worked in the past - have high levels of social and relational intelligence and become the leader we need to be My own life experience and growth have prepared me well for this powerful work of learning to become stable through dynamic change and find our (collective) flow. I have worked with medium-large organisations and SMEs in aerospace, automotive, broadcasting, creative, FMCG, financial services, horticulture, oil and gas and telecommunications. I help them find their way through big challenges, which can be overwhelming to deal with. I also engage with community groups committed to a healthier, more sustainable world for all. We create and share powerful narratives and bring together the people and resources needed for the transition. I write regularly on Substack and co-hosted The Pocket Dojo video podcast. Unusually my mixed-race parents drove a Volkswagen Beetle to India, where I was born. I grew up in the UK and live in Italy. I’m a sculptor, writer and newbie performer. I regularly practice yoga and meditation to hone my awareness and intuition. My life has demanded presence and constant adaptation for me to flourish. I have studied and worked across disciplines and in contexts I never imagined. And I also get overwhelmed, lose my balance and direction, need a helping hand.
