About Ashalee Pounds

I work as the Merchandising Manager for a flooring & interior design company. I also have a role as the Operations Assistant Manager. My responsibilities include pricing each of our stores, creating trainings for new employee's, design labels for products, order in materials and assist in scheduling installs. For these projects, I had to manage the people who worked alongside me, to get work done efficiently so we can provide a good experience for our clients. These experiences have helped me understand how to help create and manage systems to ensure our company runs smoothly for both our Sales Reps and our clients. I also have learned the meaning of good design and how it benefits the sales in the company. My goal is to peruse my passion through Design and managing.
