About Asham Gill

I am working in the IT industry for the past 12 years in financial industry and banking domain. I have worked as senior system analyst, full stack developer and QA manager for complex programs. Expertise in devising test strategy and approach to verify functionality, Data transformations and flows in large financial systems. In my current assignment, I am leading the testing delivery of a complex financial domain, managing multiple projects and teams across different time zones as a QA manager. Large part of my role requires me to device roadmaps for overall delivery by understanding the delivery and data dependencies among different moving parts. Working directly with multiple product owners I am able to advice solutions to improve quality and expedite delivery by implementing levers such as optimization, automation, identification of bottlenecks, mending gaps in requirements and process improvement.
