A passionate and people-oriented HR professional with over six years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. Currently, I head the HR and Admin Department at 4Ever Skin Naturals (Pvt.) Ltd, where I independently oversee all core HR functions at factory level including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and statutory processes. Starting my journey as an intern and growing into a leadership role, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both strategic HR planning and day-to-day operational excellence. I take pride in my ability to rebuild and improve HR systems from scratch, adapt quickly to challenges, and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture. I'm currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Resource Management, constantly striving to expand my knowledge and take on new responsibilities. I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy multitasking, and am deeply committed to ethical leadership, continuous learning, and organizational growth.
