I am a hard working, passionate, knowledgeable, fast learning leader. I graduated Butler University with a Bachelors in Sociology and a 3.4 GPA I know what it takes to thrive in hard, fast-paced, and stressful environments as well as how to keep your team (or company) working together through and bringing the strategic, sounded minded but stern ambiance needed to succeed rationally. I drive results through my passion, patience, and thorough ability to learn, understand, and provide a safe place for anybody I may work with. I truly believe through patience, communication, attentiveness, trust, and discipline you can create a positive workplace. While also understanding that change can happen without being given too many chances. I provide my leadership through motivation, and mentorship. I have over 4+ years of professional and Division 1 athletics experience, over 3 years of customer service experience and being active in my community. 7+ years of childcare, child development or mentorship, I have a true passion for helping children and what it takes to help them grow into decisive, goal-oriented, hardworking young adults and instilling positive life skills into their daily lives. I thrive in any environment I am able to lead in, I am a person who can achieve goals working alone or with teamwork. Being disciplined is a strong suit and I specialize in working in environments with children or areas that involve growth, a change of mindset, counseling, or any mentorship. My goal is to truly jumpstart my career outside of athletics and to thrive in a Sociological environment, bringing something progressive in change to the structure whether it be through mentorship, social work, child development, or any type of Qualitative research methods. Challenges are opportunities for growth and success. Nothing more and nothing less. I have what it takes to be the best at whatever I pursue.
