Why Facility Condition Assessment? Because it helps in making the most important decision on What costs to expect immediately and in the next few years. With my 17+ years' experience in Strategic Asset management and facility Condition Assessment, I’ve successfully led hundreds of large-scale Govt. and corporate FCA programs. As the Director of Building Science at Nadine, I am leading multi-disciplined engineering teams and managing several concurrent projects at the company. We have created a holistic and most comprehensive asset management approach supported by state-of-the-art software. The software provides a one-stop-shop for all the building’s needs; from building condition assessment to funding optimization, asset tracker, preventive maintenance, project management, GIS, word orders, and sustainability. Throughout my career, I have managed more than 100 Million sq.ft. of FCA Projects for all portfolio types including offices, residential, industrial, institutional, hospitals, care facilities, central plants, water, and wastewater treatment plants and transportation facilities.
