I served as Executive Director for Better Decisions, a non-profit equipping incarcerated and vulnerable women with decision-making strategies and skills through curriculum and mentoring. I focused on developing curriculum and teaching classes while strengthening and expanding the program. I recruited, trained, and supported volunteers. I raised funds through grants and individual and corporate donors. I managed communication: marketing materials, website, emails, and social media.Teaching experiences include Arlington, Virginia public schools, The Potomac School, and The George Washington University.
