An experienced environmental management professional and leader, with a focus on fit for purpose and pragmatic approaches to improving organisational performance and business outcomes. I have broad technical and leadership experience across a diverse range of sectors - including waste management, petroleum and gas, energy, aviation, Defence, and fisheries. This experience includes management roles in regulatory government agencies, as well as Director and Principal Consultant positions in private companies. In these roles I have led diverse multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic environmental and safety initiatives and programs in high pressure regulatory and commercial environments. I am a strong advocate of creating collaborative and respectful work environments, focussed on achieving business outcomes whilst maintaining team work life balance, health and safety.
