As the Director of Sales at Valalto, I oversee the sales strategy and operations of a travel agency that specializes in adventure travel. I lead a team of travel consultants who provide exceptional service and quality to our customers, using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Worldspan to book flights, hotels, and tours. I have a strong sales orientation and a proven track record of increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention. I was awarded the Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2017 at LBF Travel, Inc, where I worked as a Senior Travel Consultant for three years. I have also attained the CEFR Level C1 Advanced certification in English from the British Council, which demonstrates my proficiency in communication and negotiation skills. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College, which gives me a technical edge and a problem-solving mindset.
