As a Director at Excellia School, I have over 30 years of experience in operations management, customer support, sales management, and education management across various industries. I have a PGDM in Marketing & Sales from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan and a passion for delivering innovative marketing concepts and strategies. In my current role, I direct and shape the curricula and teaching processes in the school and run the educational programs at non-school settings, such as museums, businesses, and non-profit organizations. I work with educational committees and advisory groups within the community to meet the needs of the students and comply with the local, state, and national standards. I also provide advice and training to teachers, school administrators, and support staff on how to use educational materials and techniques effectively. I have successfully attained major business transformation and turnarounds across my tenure and increased the revenue and market share of the school. I excel in managing business operations, leading teams, negotiating with vendors, and developing and streamlining sales workflow and processes. I am a strong organizer, motivator, team player, and a decisive leader with a vision to empower learning and innovation.
