About Asher Anderson

As SVP of Operations at JTC I lead the construction services groups, spearheaded the development of the Civil Support Services line, as well as manage operational aspects including recruitment and information technology. The Construction Services groups at JTC offer services throughout New England and South Carolina operating out of offices located in Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. I also oversee a subsidiary, Fessenden Geotechnical LLC, which offers the same services out of their two locations in Bangor and Lisbon, Maine. The construction phase service groups at JTC include Construction Engineering and Inspection, Materials Testing and Inspections, Special Inspections, and Pavement Management. The Civil Support Services group, that I developed from scratch, supports the design phase of projects with advanced CAD drafting, 3D modeling, GIS database integration, field data collection using total stations and Trimble GPS equipment, and constructability reviews. Through this service I bring my field experience and the consideration of constructability and modern construction equipment capabilities to support the client’s design team by aiding in the development of comprehensive, constructable plan sets adhering to the desired CAD standards. I am a Certified Construction Manager by the Construction Managers Association of America; Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) pending; Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) pending; and hold various LPA and NETTCP certifications. I have experience in the design phase of projects as well as overseeing construction in the municipal, highway, and private markets throughout New England. I have a history of working with a diverse client base on varying types of projects from small to large.
