I am a senior management professional with robust work experience of three decades with organisations like ITC / BILT/DIC/Siegwerk in various functions, such as, P&L, Strategy, Operations, Sales & Distribution, Branding & Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Development, Key Account Management, Projects; in multiple industries, like, Paper, Consumer Products, Retail, Chemicals, Steel, Consulting and in various geographies – Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Kolkata. With qualifications of BE (Mechanical) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, FIE from Institution of Engineers (India) & PGDBM from University of Indianapolis, USA, at present I am designated as President & Chief Growth Officer with Kuantum Papers Limited, a leading manufacturer of writing & printing paper, specialty paper & hygiene tissue products. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, my core strengths lie in leading multi-million dollar operations, turning around large profit centers, devising effective market strategies as well as developing and strengthening nation-wide distribution channels. I am well-poised to lead to grow & also facilitate transformation journey of medium to large corporations.
