Greetings! I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology at the esteemed National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. My passion lies in understanding the intricacies of human cognition and devising innovative solutions to enhance mental health and well-being. My Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the prestigious St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Devagiri, Calicut, and Master of Science in Psychology from Bangalore University, have equipped me with a strong foundation in the field. As a consultant psychologist, I have had the opportunity to contribute my expertise to a range of projects and organizations. Over the past seven years, I have served as a core member of a renowned Kerala-based non-profit organization, Team Incubation conducting training sessions, workshops, and social campaigns, and providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in need. In addition to my academic work, I am an avid enthusiast of media, literature, technology, and cinema. I am fascinated by the intersections between these fields and psychology and love exploring the ways in which they can inform and enrich each other.
