Currently working in the portfolio of Assistant Manager, Research and Analysis pillar, Fraud and Dispute Management of bKash- The market leader in Mobile Financial Service and the finest FinTech organization in Bangladesh. My job role is broadly focused on Fraud Data Analysis, pin down new trend in Fraud, Risk Rating and suggesting preventive measures to counter fraud. Before coming in to this role previously worked in the role of Assistant Manager & Team Lead of Fraud Complain Resolution and Reporting Team. The team is responsible for conducting Fraud Analysis (Fraudulent Activities which are conducted by misusing the MFS Gateway/Platform), Communication and get insight from Fraud Victims, Investigation Feedback on regulator and important stakeholders. Previously worked as Senior Officer in Fraud & Dispute Management at bKash where my role broadly focused on Fraud Investigation & Analysis & also monitoring the activities of Fraud Complain Resolution and Reporting team. Before this role I worked as an Case Investigation Officer in Investigation and Evaluation Team of bKash. Before joining bKash; previously worked as Field Researcher for Refugee and Migratory Movement Research Unit (RMMRU) and Automobile Sales Executive for Kenya Market at SBT Japan.
