Developing complete dataflow by following 3 tier architecture in SAP BI/BW. • Analyze and evaluate user needs and work on development and solutions. • Developing, testing, support and validation procedures, programming and documentation. • Requirement gathering from business and analyze the correct approach to start the development. • Ensure the data warehouse design meets performance expectations and has the necessary flexibility to manage change. • Worked on SDLC process- Planning, Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance. • Writing ABAP programs in start, end and field routines. • Using transport management system to move changes across systems and solve errors. • Working on connections from SAP/ECC source systems. • Create reports for business users using Business Explorer, Analysis for Microsoft Office(AFO) and SAP BO. • Perform testing of all developed solutions in QA systems with test data. • Document test plans and complete unit testing of objects and reports. • Writing, Maintenance and fixing of codes. • Developing a production support plan to deploy the change to production and perform final checks, guide business users on the updates. • Mapping the data from different sources to the BW environment. • Work on user interface like roles, authorization and portal. • Scheduling automation of reports by broadcasting. • Perform Maintenance activities like scheduling process chains, jobs, sanity tests, year end activities. • Help users with issues faced during installation of reporting applications. • Work on implementation and Support by correcting errors while data loading in time to avoid delays. • Support user by addressing issues and provide consultation via call/ screen share to understand and analyze the problem and trouble shoot and provide resolutions. • Work from the functional and business requirements to develop BW reports using Business Explorer, Analysis for Microsoft Office (AFO)and SAP BO. • Use SAP BW expertise to support successful project deliveries.
