I hold a postgraduate in Pharmacy(M Pharm), specializing in Pharmaceutics with a grade of 7.3.I've had a rewarding career spanning of 28+ years in Pharmaceutical Industries primarily focusing in OSD, injectable, Ointment, Cream & Softgel at a renown Organizations like DRL-Hyderabad, Torrent-Ahmedabad, Aurobindo-Hyderabad(US/EU/ROW markets), Lupin-SEZ Indore (US/EU/markets). During this period I successfully navigated eight US FDA, four MHRA, one EU GMP and so many other regulatory audits on time to time.Worked as a Site Head -Operation from last 7 years at Alembic, Baroda (US/EU/AUS/Canada markets) & Healthcare, Indore SEZ, 100% Export Oriented Unit(EU) respectively where SQDECC is used to monitor and improve performance across different areas of operation. Had the privilege of leading a transformative journey from the inception of a green field plant to its successful commercialization at Lupin and HPL, from zero million to one billion units per month and 450 million units at Lupin & HPL respectively.Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, having implemented numerous improvement projects. I have also actively promoted operational excellence through initiatives like OEE, TPM, focusing on key pillars such as JH and PM and Kaizan.
