As the Vice President of Information Technology at Microtek International Private Limited, I lead the IT service delivery and service assurance for the entire suite of IT solutions across the company's business units. I have over 21 years of experience in enterprise IT solutions, digital transformation, application integrations, CRM, project management, information security and IT Service delivery & assurance. I have successfully implemented and managed SAP CRM modules, Middleware APIs and ESB, campaign management, business workflow engines, and in-memory database systems. I have also led multiple migrations / transformation project like CRM & BSS stack and the setup of fully automated MES at manufacturing plants. I am also well versed with all the key IT systems and applications in the telecom sector. My mission is to enable business growth and innovation through IT excellence and customer satisfaction.
