My role allows me to not only write code but also ensure our products meet high standards through thorough code reviews and adherence to best practices. It’s rewarding to see how these efforts translate into quality solutions for our clients. Before this chapter at Tech Mahindra, I had the privilege of leading software engineering initiatives at TIBCO. There, I focused on integrating Java frameworks within Docker environments—an experience that sharpened my skills in distributed systems and taught me the importance of collaboration across teams. One of my proudest moments was successfully launching a project that improved deployment efficiency by 30%, showcasing how teamwork can lead to significant results. Throughout my career—from my early days at Infosys working on projects for major clients like American Express to developing cloud applications at Zensar Technologies—I’ve always embraced challenges as opportunities for growth. Each role has added layers to my expertise in application development and has fueled my desire to innovate continuously. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in tech meetups where I can share ideas and learn from others in the field.
