I am a dynamic and proactive Pharmacovigilance professional having 10 years of practical experience in various domains of drug safety. I am also a Six-Sigma certified project manager having effective analytical ability to enable the organisations for PV related compliance. It is so exciting when I work for bigger Pharmaceutical MNCs in their dug safety departments and identify safety signals and risks associated with products and report them to the health authorities. I am a technical expert with experience in ICSR processing in global safety databases such as ArisG, Argus and Clinevo; performing signal detection and validation; preparing Risk Management plan and PBRER; Maintenance of PSMF and negotiating with various business partners for Safety Data Exchange Agreements. My keen interest and passion towards drug safety has helped the organisation which I served for developing quality PV systems. I am sharing an example here. I have helped FDC Limited to setup a global safety database so that ICSR processing was completely taken in-house and the process was made regulatory compliant. I have been appreciated by the Company’s top-level management for drafting quality safety reports and also awarded as ‘Best Employee of the year’ in Pharmacovigilance department for processing ICSRs consistently with 97% quality and zero late case submissions. I am a multi-lingual and competent to operate efficiently in complex matrix organizations and international environment & making sound decisions for PV related issues.
