I manage a team size 40 of payroll specialists lead by AM & TL’s and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of payroll delivery and reporting. I also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any payroll issues and provide guidance on best practices and regulations. With over four years of experience in global payroll, I have developed strong skills in statutory, data integrity, and written communication. I am an MBA in Human Resources Management to enhance my knowledge and career prospects. I am passionate about providing exceptional payroll services and solutions to clients and supporting their global expansion and success.
