I am a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of broad-based experience in employee life cycle management, personnel management, recruitment lifecycle, statutory compliance & conflict resolution, HR employee relations, HR records management, and talent acquisition. Some of my special attributes include • Directing all facets of talent acquisition including candidate sourcing, behavioural-based interviews, and negotiations to generate outstanding placements • Expertise in implementing organizational-level talent management/recruitment policies in line with business goals • Deft in providing effective service-led, ethical recruitment solutions and management of the HR division and team • Ability to align HR systems and processes towards business deliverables and people development My expertise lies in successfully coordinating full-cycle organizational recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and negotiating. Presently, I am associated with SilverEye Consulting as a Managing Director wherein, I have a significant understanding of all the metrics related to Human Resource Management, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sourcing strategies, negotiation, and personality evaluations and determining the right fit as per requirements.
