I am a Business Analyst at Modality Partnership, a leading provider of primary care services in the UK. In this role, I collaborate with the IT and business teams to deliver solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. I apply my Lean Six Sigma certification and my skills in documentation and acceptance testing to analyze, design, and implement business processes and systems that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders. I have also completed a Master of Information System and Business Analysis from Aston Business School, where I have learned the latest tools and techniques to enhance my analytical and problem-solving abilities. My goal is to use my knowledge and skills to contribute to the digital transformation and innovation of the healthcare sector. I have a strong background in business intelligence and reporting, using tools such as Microsoft Excel Macros, Power BI and SQL to create dashboards and reports that provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decision making. I have also developed and deployed multiple healthcare process improvement projects, such as patient registration automation, clinical outcomes ETL led data optimization, and consultation letters automation model.
