About Ashish Raj

As a Business Analyst at Cloudstrats, I focus on driving business outcomes through effective requirements gathering, solution design, and cross-team collaboration. My expertise lies in streamlining operations, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making. In my previous role as a Business Operations Executive at Tecdatum Infoservices, I led initiatives that resulted in a 20% revenue increase, working closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. I also played a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them grow professionally. I am passionate about expanding my expertise into Project Management Office (PMO) functions, with a focus on project governance, resource allocation, and strategic execution. Currently, I am pursuing studies to deepen my understanding of PMO frameworks and practices. With a background in business analysis, I also bring skills in design thinking, allowing me to create visually engaging presentations and streamline communication strategies. I leverage a blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and drive meaningful results. My goal is to contribute to impactful projects that combine business analysis with a strategic approach to project management.
