Ashish has sizeable experience in Forensic advisory services and his expertise/skills include assisting in Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance reviews, Corporate Investigations, Fraud Risk Assessments, Transaction cum Forensic review audits under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 and Forensic Audits. The said experience is spread across industry sectors such as Automobile, Warehousing, Logistics, Information Technology, Power Generation, Banking and E-commerce. Some of work experience largely involves around - Conducting investigation of potential frauds, misconducts, kickback and personal profiteering by employees, vendors/third parties and safeguarding the possible reputational/financial damage to the Company- Fraud Risk Assessment of various processes to identify the unforeseen risks and help in designing preparedness to tackle such risks- Assisting Resolution professional under the relevant laws of IBC, 2016, and get the best value of the Target by identifying PUFE (Preferential/Undervalued/Fraudulent/Extortionate Credit) transaction- Helping lenders to identify the financial statement frauds, siphoning of funds by promoters, wilful default in repayment of loans. Ashish has briefly worked in Statutory Audit domain, prior to his exposure in Forensic Advisory services.
