Responsible for maintaining records, scheduling inspectors and contractors for visits and inspections, and handling invoicing and payment follow-up. In terms of safety, responsible for identifying hazards and implementing preventive actions, as well as conducting toolbox talks and training programs for employees on safety precautions and work methods. Previously Offshore Logistic Assistant, were responsible for ensuring that cargo movements were managed within agreed service levels, tracking equipment movements, and maintaining communication between all offshore rigs, helibase, shop supervisors, and client teams.Also been responsible for data capturing and reporting, client coordination, facilities management, and training and competence. Overall, have a diverse range of skills and are able to handle multiple responsibilities in various industries.
