Preparing the assembly line audit check sheets, audit schedules and take actions on nonconformities. Process audit of assembly line in manner of 5M & improve the process through kaizen. Audit of critical processes vs skilling manning as per schedule. Root cause analysis of defects at testing (part & process) & action to improve direct pass. Proper analysis for flown out defects through JDI sheet & take action on root cause. Capturing the defects at quality gate through PDI & action on related issues. Take product feedback from internal customer & suggest action to improve the quality of product. Initiate fitment trails of part & give feedback. Attend daily morning Gemba meeting at assembly line & discussion for line issues. Follow DM system & attend daily departmental
