About Ashish Sachdeva

My career has been a journey of adaptability, growth, and problem-solving. I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset, having successfully run a retail customized clothing business and a corporate uniforms business before transitioning into the corporate world. I am still virtually running my uniforms business while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations. With a lifelong passion for sports, it felt almost like fate that I found my way to Paddy Power. I initially joined as a Betting Assistant, and within just nine months, I progressed to the role of Relief Manager, overseeing daily operations across 14 shops. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, lead teams, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. My hard work and determination for success did not go unnoticed, and in December 2024, I was successfully selected for the Switch It Up 2025 (SIU) Program. I am an Executive in the Central Operations— Rota Review team at Flutter Entertainment, contributing to key functions such as reporting, payroll, lost minutes, health & safety assessments, MS appeals and process improvements across departments. Working closely with various stakeholders, I thrive in dynamic environments, driving efficiency and meaningful solutions. I am always eager to learn, adapt, and make a positive impact. My ability to navigate different roles, manage cross-functional tasks, and bring a problem-solving mindset has helped me succeed in both entrepreneurial and corporate settings. As I continue growing within Flutter Entertainment, I look forward to taking on new opportunities and challenges.
