I’m a mechanical engineer who learned early that good design and good planning go hand-in-hand. During three SAE BAJA seasons I headed a four-person suspension group—selecting geometries running FEA checks and coordinating with chassis steering and powertrain teams so the car acted like one system. Those late workshop nights showed me how clear communication and shared timelines keep a student team moving in the same direction. At CLAAS India I built on that lesson. Working with seasoned R&D engineers I supported chassis and drivetrain concept work prepared drawing packs and sat in on design reviews where a single overlooked detail could stall an entire prototype run. Watching experienced colleagues turn issues into documented action items shaped how I now manage tasks and risks. Today I apply the same discipline on the project side—planning nationwide job-fair events for The Trucking Network and guiding permits vendors and volunteer crews for the Christian Music Festival in Toronto.
