Director of Machine Learning | AI/ML Engineering | GenAI | Scalable ML Platforms I’m an AI/ML leader with over 12 years of experience designing, building, and scaling machine learning systems that drive business impact across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise platforms. My career has spanned from hands-on algorithm development to leading global teams and architecting high-availability ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions in production. At Exactech, I lead the ML Engineering function - owning the strategy and delivery for real-time inference systems, model deployment pipelines, GenAI pilots, and AI adoption. We've deployed models that support both deep learning and tabular workloads with 99% uptime, and delivered infrastructure cost savings of 70% through platform optimization. Previously at Advata, I built and scaled AI capabilities across clinical workflows, launching solutions like a globally compliant Surgeon Analytics Dashboard, a Fraud Detection Framework processing 10M+ claims, and a behavior-change nudging system that reached over 2M users and delivered 4M+ personalized recommendations daily. I'm passionate about:* Driving GenAI innovation from pilot to production * Building high-performing, cross-functional ML teams * Aligning AI architecture with product vision and user impact * Scaling AI adoption across global organizations Let’s connect if you’re interested in building next-gen AI systems, enabling business transformation through ML, or collaborating on GenAI strategy and deployment.
