Experienced in providing businesses IT solutions regardless of their fields improving their work increasing their customer base and knowledge thus giving them a competitive advantage. With the interest in data and by completing my specialization in Business analytics I am confident enough to make key decisions for an organisation after analysing their data base. My interest in data analytics grew when I saw how a single piece of data is of no use and when this data is collected over a period of time gives so much information and insight about the organization. I have worked for a few non for profit organisations like Cool Australia Karista and have successfully analyzed their data and given them business solutions. Greatest achievement: Demonstrated ability working with a range of data platforms and tools which includes Tableau SQL Power BI and Python. This experience was gained in my role as a Business Analyst at the University of Melbourne over the course of my BAU work and several strategic projects in which I was involved. My skills were further developed through a mentorship program I was involved with during which I was mentored by a Senior Business Analyst with 25 years of data and analytics experience. This was via guided training and the review of case studies spanning data management database development data ETL activities analytics and report development.
