About Ashish Thapa

Hello there, I want to introduce myself as team player in general. I am good at working in a team and am capable of leading them. My academic background is management. My specialization is in food and hospitality sector management. I began with a job at a lower seconday school in Nepal as a extra curricualr activites co-ordinator. I also have a brief experience as a sports club co-ordinator back in 2009. I have some experience working in big kitchen as well. I worked in Unicafe's university cafeteria for a year back in 2011. Later in 2011, I started as a specialized machine washer at Valio cheese factory. I gained some experience in team leading and project leading there. Later in 2017, when I joined Foodiq, I started as a production team leader followed by the role of production supervisor. I worked as a production manager in Klaukkala factory of Foodiq for a couple of years. I then started independent procurement department for Foodiq factories and ran it for two beginning years before handing it to a new procurement manager. Currently I am working as a factory director for Foodiq Finland operations. I like to do sports as my hobby. I also like interacting with people. I enjoy working on work projects and I think my strength is Human resource management. I also like to travel and I am a genuine nature lover as well.
