About Ashish Tholiya

Currently working with Exa Ag an SNP Group company as Principal Consultant with a focus mainly on Transformation projects in the area of migration to SAP S/4HANA, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, conversion and harmonizations. Last worked as IT Project Manager with Toll Group. With Toll Group have completed assignments of worldwide implementation of ServiceNow for ITSM and Asset Management (In Apr 2019) and CIP EUC worldwide Roll-out (End of Mar 2020). At Toll Group have also completed assignment of some of the critical Programs to manage including the File Share Migration to SharePoint Online (This was fast-tracked with 24x7 operations). On completion of the Program, all objectives were met. Has also managed critical confidential Program, handling high impact items. Earlier has worked as a Global Manager for Product Configuration with SPX Flow and Manager II with Varian Medical Systems. I do have an overall experience of approximately 6 Years in Management Roles, 11 years in SAP, and 2.5 years in Sales / Marketing. I do have experience with People Management, Project Management, Function / Stream Management, and consulting of Implementation, Support / Maintain, Upgrade, and Roll-out projects in the areas spanning SAP SD, Outbound LE, and MM with cross-module and system integrations. I do have global exposure and have worked in different phases of project / full project lifecycle in the USA, UAE, Finland, and Hong Kong. I have also undergone Manager’s training in Switzerland.
